Terms & Conditions:
- The Contest is valid from now until 31st August 2023
- Contest winners will be announced latest by 8th September on the MySHEQA social media pages and website
- The selection of winners will be based on a random draw
- Winners will also be notified via the e-mail address provided druing registration
- Applicable to all public physical & online training in health, safety and environment, subject to the available options
- MySHEQA reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time
Prizes & Winners
- In the event that a Winner (i) does not respond to MySHEQA within seven (7) days of being notified by MySHEQA of his/her win; (ii) has breached any Terms and Conditions herein; or (iii) his/her entry is invalid for whatever reasons, his/her Prize will be forfeited and MySHEQA shall be entitled to select another Winner.
- In the event that any Winner is disqualified from the Contest, MySHEQA at its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement winner should be selected. In this event, any further winner will be selected on the same criteria as set out in the Terms and Conditions. MySHEQA
can repeat this process any number of times until it has selected a satisfactory winner in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. - MySHEQA’s decision for all Winners is final.
MySHEQA has the final decision pertaining to any dispute on the selection of the Winner. Any appeals made including appeals to check the status of the entries, will not be entertained.

- Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items and may be subject to availability.
- MySHEQA reserves the right to replace any Prizes with items of similar value without prior notice.
- All prizes will be disseminated no later than 30th September 2023.
MySHEQA reserves the right to withhold the Prize pending verification of the Winner’s compliance with the Terms and Conditions of the Contest. - Winners are required to show IC details to verify validity.
