What Is OSH for Construction Personnel Training All About?

In 2018, the rate of fatality in the construction industry amounted to 13,440 for every 100,000 workers which are equivalent to 13.44%, and with frequent accidents at a construction site, adequate training is needed for the personnel. OSH for Construction Personnel Training is developed to enhance the capabilities, capacity, and performance of employees which would contribute to safe and health-oriented behavior. With the knowledge and skills adapted from the training, employees will be able to be prepared to face any dangerous occurrences and unsafe working conditions.
