Effective 1 June 2024, the OSH (Construction Work) (Design and Management) Regulations 2024 establish legally binding responsibilities for clients, designers, and contractors from project conception to completion. This training is specifically designed to help construction stakeholders understand their duties under the new law and proactively manage safety risks from the earliest design stage to on-site execution.

Through expert-led sessions, real project case studies, and practical document development workshops, this two-day course offers in-depth guidance on ensuring compliance, preventing legal issues, and fostering a strong safety culture throughout the construction process.
