- Form Submission:

Terms & Conditions:
- Eligibility:
- Open to MSMEs with valid SSM registration and EPF contribution
- Employers must submit all required documents to MySHEQA before training commence as required by HRD Corp:
- A copy of the trainee’s MyKad (NRIC)
- MSME Application Form
- MSME Status Certification OR Latest company EPF Contribution Statement from employer
- Latest pay slip of the employee OR Latest SSM Company’s Profile with Director and Shareholder details
- Employer’s SSM registration certificate
- Participating employee must be Malaysian citizen aged 18 – 60 years old.
- Entry Period:
- Entries must be submitted by 12th July 2024
- Selection Process:
- Winners will be selected based on eligibility and answers.
- Selected participants will be notified via phone or email and announced on our WhatsApp Channel.
- Chosen companies can only send 1 participant each.
- Additional Requirements:
- Chosen participants must attend all 5 days of training in Shah Alam, Selangor
- If a participant cannot attend, the spot will be offered to the next eligible participant.
- Rights and Permissions:
- By entering, participants agree to have their names and photos used in promotional materials.
- MySHEQA reserves the right to modify or cancel the training at any time.
