Prosecuted Cases and Compound Cases are hereby the outcome of DOSH enforcement to companies for their failure to provide safe and healthy workplace in compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 (OSHA 1994) and Its Regulations.

Prosecuted cases are cases in which they were prosecuted in the court for various safety and health offenses and if found guilty, the offenders need to pay penalty. Compound cases are cases which were not prosecuted in court and offenders have to pay certain amount of compound.
