For many employers, retrenchment is among the hardest business “moves” to execute. Unfortunately, in the world of business where events such as company mergers, downturn in the economy and even new technology replacing human workers, are happening more frequently, all contribute to high number of retrenchments as of late.
The true victims of retrenchments are obviously those employees who get retrenched. In addition, due to the retrenchment practices of “Last In First Out”, this means employees who get retrenched are usually aged persons who have spent a lot of years working in that specific field.
Often, these individuals will acquire a skillset specific to that field, and to add to that, these skills are often redundant as old practices are now steadily replaced by new more modern and digital methods.
We understand that some individuals might find this situation distressing and are aggravated at the fact that there isn’t a reliable source of information, a guide, to show them a plan or a platform to assist them in upskilling or even reskilling the current skill set they currently have.

That is why we aim to provide high quality training, in both upskilling and reskilling, to all Malaysians, particularly to those who were laid off. Our training courses and its syllabus are all curated according to the latest information and updates from the industry.
This is to ensure that when retrenched individuals come to us to reskill and upskill themselves, these individuals will leave with the proper skillset to re-enter the job market or start their own business.

In 2019, My SHEQA Group Sdn. Bhd. received an official appointment from SOCSO to be an official EIS training provider. In these 3 years, we are proud to say that we have assisted more than 1,000 participants undergo their EIS training under SOCSO with our quality training courses.

According to the Environmental Quality (Scheduled Wastes) Regulations, 2005, “Every waste generator shall ensure that all his employees involved in the identification, handling, labeling, transportation, storage, and spillage or discharge response for scheduled wastes attend training programs.”.
