ABOUT THE COURSE

Kiken Yochi (hazard prediction) Training (KYT), is a Japanese activity used to motivate members to recognize and predict hazards. It develops sensitivity to unsafe conditions or hazardous situations. Thus, improving the ability to recognize. The training will trigger the workers to think about the consequences of an accident and increases worker’s motivation to practice in teams. As it employed meetings concept to sharpen awareness of what constitutes danger, participants will be able to share information on hazards and improve their problem solving capabilities by working together to find solutions during this short meeting.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

At the end of this training, participants will be able to:

  • State the definition of Zero Accident Campaign
  • Demonstrate techniques in Kiken Yochi Health and 1-minute meditation
  • Demonstrate Finger Pointing and Calling Exercise.
  • Perform 4 Round of Kiken Yochi Training
  • Present individual action plan in implementing Kiken Yochi Training at the workplace
