INTRODUCTION

The inception of OSH Master Plan 2021 to 2025 (OSHMP25) is to support a progressive national OSH implementation. It was designed based on an inclusive concept that require the commitment and participation from all government agencies, NGOs and private entities. It is centered around cultivating self-regulations through a structured and pragmatic guide by Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH). The plan includes the organizing phase, mentoring phase and implementation phase. Indeed, OSHMP25 is the hallmark of OSH strategic plan by DOSH to fulfill the current aspiration in managing OSH in the country.
